Could someone please explain to me why when someone says they cant or don't want to help in something, they then take over when someone else has agreed to do it!
It is very maddening! If you don't want to do it than leave it alone and trust that the person will do a good job and is capable of handling it!

Sounds like you are dealing with a control freak, I'm a little like that myself, but I had to learn to let things go sometimes. Sure it's not perfect, or it's not how you would have done it, but I have also ended up being pleasantly surprised by others' ideas and it turns out better than I could have hoped for. Good luck!
